The Bay Islands Beach Resort's estate house, villas, beach house and lodge offer guests a variety of rooms and views. All of the accommodations and buildings for the resort are spaced along the 6 acres of beachfront property on the northwest shore of Roatan facing the western shore of the Caribbean Sea. Because of our unique location on the island, you can enjoy the dramatic sunrises and sunsets over the water. An elevated wooden walkway connects the dive shop, Deep Ted's Bar and Grille, the dock and all of the rooms except the beachhouse and the main house.

Bay Islands Beach Resort welcomes disabled guests- divers and non-divers alike. Six of our beachfront rooms are accessible, including roll-in showers, grab bars, easy-reach drawers and shelves, and more. Enjoy the easy access offered by chair-friendly ramps and boardwalks which connect the villas, dive shop, bar/restaurant and dock. Our dive staff has been trained by the Handicapped Scuba Association and will provide whatever level of assistance you would like! All of the accessible rooms exceed ADA standards and have been further modified on the advice of our guests.
